From beginner-friendly classes to restorative flows, power flows, advanced vinyasa flows and time-friendly flows, we have something for everyone at State of Soul. With over 30 classes running per week, you’ll have ample opportunities to practice with us.

MEDITATION

Meditation involves the intentional quietening of the mind, and with regular practice, it induces changes in the brain, enabling the override of negative habitual patterns. Even a brief meditation session, as short as 10 minutes, can yield significant results.

The process of stilling and synchronising the mind with controlled breathing has many advantages. These include improved emotional well-being, decreased stress and anxiety levels, heightened concentration, and overall, the cultivation of a balanced, happier state of soul.

State of Soul has integrated classes solely for meditation and breath work to give our community a supportive space to develop their practice together.

LITTLE SOULS

Little Souls is a program that empowers kids to face challenges with a strong sense of self-awareness and personal power. Through yoga and mindfulness, we introduce healthy coping strategies that can change how children respond to the world as they grow.

Our 8-week program immerses children in yoga and mindfulness practices. Delivered in a fun, explorative, and compassionate environment, Little Souls encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build resilience.

Integrating yoga and mindfulness practices early in a child’s development has profound benefits. It enhances their physical conditioning, mental clarity, and emotional stability, laying a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved emotional intelligence, and a greater capacity for handling stress.

Little Souls is more than just a program; it’s a journey towards a balanced and mindful future.
